What we don't do is pretend we take change-of-mind returns. Everything comes from overseas and shipping it back costs more than most of what we sell. So we'd rather you look hard at the photos first — and ask us anything you're unsure about before you order.

What comes in the box?
One Hanging Santa, and that's it. Nothing to assemble, no batteries, no mounting hardware — he hangs by draping his arms over an edge, so there's nothing to lose or install.
Where can I hang him?
Anywhere his arms can go over the top of something: a gutter, a roof edge, a balcony railing, a fence top, a garage roof, a porch beam, even the roof rack on a vehicle. If there's an edge, he'll hang off it.
Will he stay put?
He hangs on his own weight, with the arms draped over one side and the body down the other. On a normal day he stays where you put him. Wind is the thing to watch — bring him inside before a storm or a properly gusty night, same as you would any outdoor decoration that isn't bolted down.
Can I use him again next year?
Yes. He's fabric, so he folds flat and goes in a box with the rest of the decorations. Keep him dry over the off-season and he'll come back out next December.
Will he arrive before Christmas?
Shipping runs 2 to 4 weeks to most places. Our stuff comes from overseas, and we'd rather be upfront about that than promise two days and let you down. Order by the end of November and you're comfortably clear of Christmas — leave it into December and we can't promise it. You'll get a tracking number as soon as he leaves.
